Stork provides sleep consulting to new and experienced families alike. Our individualized approach helps YOU get more restful sleep, all while following a path you feel comfortable with. Whether it is creating healthy sleep habits in the early weeks or sleep training for an older infant, our experienced sleep consultant + doula is ready to help. We offer phone consultations, customized sleep plans, and even hands-on help.

Here is a little more about the different types of sleep support we can provide:

Basic Phone Consult

1-hour phone/video call perfect for families who need help troubleshooting basic sleep issues. This is typically recommended for babies or toddlers who regularly sleep well but challenges are surfacing.

Sleep Shaping Package

(Best for newborns under 8 weeks of age)
This is a hands on package that helps you understand what is normal/typical for newborn sleep, what are the most effective wake/sleep rhythm for babies, and to begin the journey of teaching babies to sleep well while also meeting their needs for connection, comfort and feedings. This is not sleep training but it lays the groundwork to teach babies independent sleep.

Includes

  1. 2-hour in person, or virtual, session to learn your current schedule and routines. We will chat through how to lay the groundwork for optimal infant sleep and send a follow up email with sleep schedules, information on sleep shaping techniques, etc.
  2. Three weeks of email/text support (9am-9pm)
  3. Two 30-minute phone calls (during the 3 week period)

Sleep Consulting Package (Virtual)

Includes

  1. Initial call (45-60 minutes) to go over your child’s current sleep situation and day/nighttime schedule as well as your goals and parenting style.
  2. A customized sleep plan
  3. Two weeks of support by text or email (9am-9pm)
  4. Two 30-minute calls to check in on progress during the two weeks

Sleep Consulting Package + Bedtime Support

Includes

  1. Initial call (45-60 minutes) to go over your child’s current sleep situation and day/nighttime schedule as well as your goals and parenting style.
  2. A customized sleep plan
  3. Two nights of in-person bedtime support (for up to 3 hours) to help parents read baby’s cues and provide support
  4. Two weeks of support by text or email (9am-9pm)
  5. Two 30-minute calls to check in on progress over the two weeks

Sleep Consulting Package + Overnight Support

Includes

  1. Initial call (45-60 minutes) to go over your child’s current sleep situation and day/nighttime schedule as well as your goals and parenting style.
  2. A customized sleep plan
  3. Two nights of in-person support from 8pm-6am to help parents read baby’s cues and provide in-person support. This provides more hands on support during some of the more difficult nights.
  4. Two weeks of support by text or email (9am-9pm)
  5. Two 30-minute calls to check in on progress over the two weeks
